Fee Schedule
Lactation care provided in the comfort of your home, in-person or online. We currently accept most Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA CCN East, UnitedHealthcare, and plans that have the Multiplan or PNOA logo on the front or back of your card. Please click here to verify your coverage.
Prenatal Session
$65 for a one hour session, one on one (online only)

In-Home Initial Visit
$150 This visit typically lasts 75-90 minutes
**$15 for each additional 15 minutes above 90 minutes
Initial Telehealth
$100 This visit typically lasts 75-90 minutes
Follow Up In-Home/Telehealth
$55-100 Fee is dependent on length of and complexity of visit
Additional Fees
All fees will be discussed prior to visit.
$20 For in-home farther than 30 minute drive from office
$20 for visits starting after 5pm or on weekends
Insurance will be utilized whenever possible to avoid cost to you.
